On 9 December, the Federation team organised an online meeting dedicated to activities and projects to promote Napoleonic heritage in Spain and Portugal. All the participants shared their initiatives and activities, such as Napoctep, in order to create new synergies and build other future projects.
On 9 December, Jacques-Olivier Boudon's Napoléon en cartes was published by Éditions de La Martinière. On 18 November 2021, Liège City Council, represented by Christine Defraigne, First Deputy Mayor, and Jean Pierre Hupkens, Deputy Mayor for Culture, welcomed Charles Bonaparte, President of the European Federation of Napoleonic Cities. During the meeting, the town's membership of the Federation was discussed, with a view to promoting its Napoleonic heritage.
On 17 November 2021, Charles Bonaparte, President of the European Federation of Napoleonic Cities, visited the Syndicat d'Initiative in Ligny-Sombreffe for a meeting of the Federation's Walloon member towns and partners. At the meeting, participants discussed the importance of bringing together all the towns and museums involved in the region.
