On 9 December, the Federation team organised an online meeting dedicated to activities and projects to promote Napoleonic heritage in Spain and Portugal. All the participants shared their initiatives and activities, such as Napoctep, in order to create new synergies and build other future projects.
On 9 December, Jacques-Olivier Boudon's Napoléon en cartes was published by Éditions de La Martinière. On 18 November 2021, Liège City Council, represented by Christine Defraigne, First Deputy Mayor, and Jean Pierre Hupkens, Deputy Mayor for Culture, welcomed Charles Bonaparte, President of the European Federation of Napoleonic Cities. During the meeting, the town's membership of the Federation was discussed, with a view to promoting its Napoleonic heritage.
