Conference organised by the Route des Cafés Historiques on 30 June 2023 at the Gallerie d'Italia, Turin (IT).
The "Route of Historic Cafés - Tangible and Intangible Heritage" conference was held on 30 June 2023 at the Gallerie d'Italia in Turin, co-organised by the Route des Cafés Historiques A Cultural Route certified by the Council of Europe, and the Association of Historic Cafés of Turin and Piedmont.
The event aimed to stimulate synergies between the certified cultural routes, and provided an opportunity to sign a protocol between the Council of Europe's cultural routes crossing the Piedmont region.
Eleonora Berti, Director of the FECN was invited to take part in the event and talk about the experience of Destination Napoleon with a focus on the commitment of local and regional authorities and the prospects for more effective cooperation between routes and local authorities.
The conference was also an opportunity to rediscover the close links between Napoleon, the city of Turin and cafés, and future collaborations between Destination Napoleon and the Route of Historic Cafés in Italy and Europe were also envisaged.
