The European Federation of Napoleonic Cities welcomed me as an intern for just over three months. This period, this internship, was a real life experience, and having already worked for 14 years, I wasn't expecting it at all. But as the months went by, I discovered the Destination Napoléon Cultural Route.
Thanks to a partnership between the Région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and the town of Autun, the gates of the Lycée Bonaparte made their return on 25 June 2024, after a three-year absence. The preservation and safeguarding of Napoleonic heritage is one of the missions of the European Federation of Napoleonic Cities and Destination Napoleon, and this restoration project is a major step forward.
