The vice-presidents, either from a member city of the European Federation of Napoleonic Cities (EFNC)In addition to the above, the project's partners, either from the European Commission or from a partner institution, report on the activities carried out in their respective countries in the field of Napoleonic heritage, funding opportunities and European cooperation.

The Vice-Presidents are active and key players in the development of the Federation at national and macro-regional level and facilitate the implementation of new activities in their respective countries. They are appointed at the Federation's General Assembly.
