Preserved for two centuries in the archives of the Milan Conservatory, some of the music of the Kingdom of Italy was rediscovered between 2021 and 2023.
The concert, conducted by Stefano Nigro, will take place as part of the celebrations marking the 20th anniversary of the European Federation of Napoleonic Cities, following the meeting of the European Cultural Routes passing through France, co-organised by the Ministry of Culture and the French Federation of European Cultural Routes.
Vincent Hadot’s lecture, «Eugène de Beauharnais: A Life in Music», will take place in the Salon d’Honneur at the Town Hall before the concert, at 5.30 pm
