10th Training Academy for Cultural Routes certified by the Council of Europe

The 10th edition of the Cultural Routes Training Academy took place in Périgueux-Montignac and Les Eyzies de Tayac in the Dordogne, France, from 30 May to 2 June 2023, organised by theEuropean Institute of Cultural Routes and Prehistoric rock art trails in cooperation with the Dordogne Périgord Department, the Lascaux International Centre for Cave Art, the Pôle d'Interprétation de la Préhistoire, and the Musée du Périgord d'art & d'archéologie.

The theme of the 2023 Training Academy was "Looking to the future: visibility, cooperation and sustainability in the Council of Europe's cultural routes".

The Director and Coordinator of the FECN took part in this meeting, which was reserved for the 48 cultural routes certified by the Council of Europe.

Eleonora Berti, who is also coordinator of the Visibility of Certified Routes working group, was asked to lead a working session on enhancing the visibility of the Council of Europe's Cultural Routes. She also presented possible strategies and tools for improving the communication of the Routes.
