Visit of Charles Bonaparte to Portugal

Within the framework of the European project Interreg Napoctep the president of the European Federation of Napoleonic Cities, Charles Bonaparte , went to Portugal. He was invited to the reenactment of the battle of Bussaco 210 years ago.

Charles Bonaparte signed the protocol for the integration of the European project Interreg Napoctep into the Federation and he planted an olive tree, a symbol of peace, in the Mata National do Bussaco . He also visited the interpretation center in Mortágua.
