Napoleon commemorative stamp by the Italian Post Office

On 5 May 2021, a stamp commemorating Napoleon was issued by the Italian Post Office on the occasion of the bicentenary of his death. Issued in cooperation with the European Federation of Napoleonic Cities, whose labeling logo is affixed at the bottom left, the stamp reproduces a painting by Andrea Appiani entitled "Portrait of Napoleon, King of Italy", kept in the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana in Milan.
